No. Ravarro operates as an online-only business, which allows us to focus on product curation and customer support without the overhead of a retail storefront.

Our collection focuses on table lamps in a range of silhouettes — cordless rechargeable lamps, plug-in ceramic and glass lamps, sculpted decorative pieces, and adjustable task lighting. Every lamp is selected for warm ambient light, considered design, and finishes that hold up to everyday use.

Are your lamps compatible with U.S. outlets?

Yes. All lamps sold through Ravarro are designed for use with standard U.S. electrical systems. Plug-in lamps are rated for 110–240V universal voltage, and cordless models charge via USB and work anywhere a USB power source is available.

Ordering & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. You have a 24-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed. To request a cancellation, contact our support team at info@ravarro.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has moved into processing or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may return the item after delivery under the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I place a bulk order for my business or organization?

Yes, bulk orders are available. For pricing, availability, and shipping details on larger orders, please reach out to our support team and we'll be glad to help.

Do bulbs come included with the lamps?

For lamps with standard sockets (such as G9, E14, or E27), a starter LED bulb is included so the lamp is ready to use straight out of the box. Lamps with built-in LEDs (such as our cordless and rechargeable models) do not require a separate bulb.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum order requirement. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Here is our delivery timeline for orders shipped within the United States:

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 6–8 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Ravarro currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number along with a tracking link. You can also check the status of your shipment anytime through our Order Tracking page.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team so we can look into it.

What carriers do you use?

Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and order specifics. The carrier assigned to your shipment will appear in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Ravarro offers a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, and components. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

Do I pay a restocking fee?

No. Ravarro does not charge any restocking fees on returns.

What happens if I receive a defective product?

If your lamp arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We recommend photographing the box and contents on arrival if you notice exterior damage, as documentation speeds up resolution significantly.

When will I receive my refund after returning a product?

Once your return reaches our facility, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return criteria. After inspection and approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be initiated from our end. How do exchanges work?
